How do I arrange a return?

In order to arrange a return, please log in to your account and complete the returns request. We will then issue you with a unique returns number which you must quote on any accompanying documentation. Alternatively you can call us to get your returns number.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in its original packaging. Make sure you include your order no, the returns no and whether a refund or exchange is needed, plus the reason for your return. Once received, items will be checked and refunds issued where suitable.

Please get proof of postage as we can only issue a refund on receipt of the unwanted goods. Proof of postage does not mean that you have to pay for Recorded delivery, you can just get a receipt for First or Second class post to prove that you have sent the goods.  We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
